About Us

We are civil trial attorneys. We represent individuals and families in a wide range of civil matters, including serious medical errors, product liability, environmental torts, business torts, civil rights, consumer fraud, medication errors, motor vehicle liability, insurance disputes and others.

We handle complex cases. We demand excellence. We know that most cases settle, but we do not settle for less. We are trial lawyers, which means that we know very well how to find the Courthouse and we know what to do once we get there.

Our  firm’s offices are located in Philadelphia, PA and Westmont, NJ, but we handle cases all over Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Recently, we have also handled cases in Illinois, Ohio, Florida, New York, Delaware, Maryland and Georgia. 

Our Staff

We have an excellent, dedicated staff of legal assistants, paralegals and clerks. Our associate attorneys are hard working and well trained. We have carefully assembled a team so that we have all the staff resources necessary to do the best job possible on each case. Our clients will get to know and work with each of the members of our team so that when a client calls we can offer a personal touch and provide current, reliable information. We take pride in returning phone calls, answering requests and providing thoughtful responses to any and all questions.

What Makes Us Different

We assume that every case will go to trial eventually. This is a distinctive feature of our overall focus. We don’t take hundreds and hundreds of small cases, but only those involving complex legal and medical issues with serious, even catastrophic injuries and death.

Once we have determined a case has merit, we will prepare the case for trial. When that time comes, we will be ready to fight for the best possible result for our clients – in the courtroom. Many cases, most in fact, do not proceed all the way through trial. However, we have found that we obtain better results for our clients for being ready, willing and able to take the case all the way.

We are committed to service to our clients and that means a number of important things. Most of our cases come to our firm by way of referral. The fact that many lawyers refer complex, major personal injury and other cases to our firm means that they have confidence in the work we do and the way we conduct ourselves as professionals, the way we prepare our cases, and the way we relate to our clients. We regard that confidence as a kind of trust and we are committed to honoring that commitment every day of the week.

We believe in communication as a key means of serving our clients. When we take a case we work tirelessly so that case does not sit unattended for an unreasonable period of time. When we take a case, we know it’s important to take action. That said, we also believe in preparation and being prepared does take time.
