• Mr. Freiwald obtained a significant six-figure settlement for a woman who was struck by an automobile in a defectively designed parking lot in South Philadelphia.
• Mr. Layser represented the estate of a child who choked and died while under the care of a daycare facility.
• Mr. Freiwald achieved a six-figure settlement on behalf of a young boy who was seriously injured at a moto-cross event where he was a spectator. In order to achieve the settlement, Mr. Freiwald successfully argued that a waiver of liability signed by the parents could not legally waive the minor child’s right to sue for his injuries.
